  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The free tier of Bontab is intended for small to medium-sized restaurants for legitimate digital menu purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the free tier, engage in spam, or upload inappropriate content.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the menu content and images you upload. By uploading content, you grant Bontab a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute this content as part of the Service. The Service itself, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by Bontab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bontab or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
